Maison Veranera began with a single house above Estepona and a simple conviction: that a beautiful home, properly run, beats any hotel suite. We now curate and operate a small portfolio across Spain and the islands — homes chosen for their architecture and cared for as if they were our own.
Philosophy
We keep the collection deliberately small. Every house is visited, styled, and stress-tested by our own team before a guest ever arrives. Nothing is outsourced to a call centre, nothing is decided by a spreadsheet. If a home doesn't make us want to stay the season, it doesn't join.

Design
Architecture first. We take on homes with a point of view — proportion, material, light — and leave the rest alone.
Service
Operated like a small hotel. Housekeeping, provisioning, and a host who knows the house and answers within the hour.
